The first rule I want to set down is that of how often to eat. You're probably only eating 2 or 3 meals a day and that just doesn't cut it. You should be eating smaller portioned meals 6 times a day. This is a great way to stomp out the cravings you'll experience between meals because you know there is a relatively short period of time in between meals, but we eat like this for the metabolism bonus. Your metabolism is directly tied to your digestive system, so if your body is in a constant state of digestion, your metabolism should be flying. That makes it a very natural fat loss solution.

The next thing is to follow this very simple structure on foods. Essentially all you'll eat is a combination of protein, carbohydrates and fat. All day long, your protein should remain constant across all 6 meals. Your carbohydrates should be the highest in the morning and cut out by 6pm in the evening. Fat should remain low all day long and you should have your high fat (like fish oil) before bed.
