1 or 2 teaspoon flax oil a day is way too low. That's a low fat diet. Higher intake of oil would give you better results. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to your food or each meal. Take your flax oil with your protein shake. Essential fatty acids help in synthesis of protein.

I see you omitted eggs. Whole egg is nature's best protein food. You need cholesterol to manufacture testosterone. Eating a couple of whole eggs a day is good for ya. Forget about the cholesterol crap. Google for more info about egg and cholesterol crap. I don't see you eating beef. Red meat is way better than canned tuna.
